In the unlikely event that an assignee has to be relocated prior to the expiry of the lease, we will assist in the following:

• Finding a replacement tenant
• Getting the premises ready for occupation
• Activation of essential services .e.g. utilities, telephone, internet etc.
• Compilation of Inventory and photographic property condition report
• Assistance in taking over of property
